Japanese CheeseCake

Salam Selasa....


Ari nie aku wat japanese cheesecake bkn gune cream cheese yg nie mgunakan slice cheese.Nasib baik Aaron byk slice cheese dlm fridge lg so aku rembat je la.Resepi aku ambik kt friend fb aku k.Rms thx kak...



Bahan² :-)

  • ‎5 slices of cheddar ciz
  • 200ml fresh milk
  • 4eggs- asingkan white n yolk
  • 70gmsugar castor
  • 70gm butter
  • 70gm flour( superfine or cake flour)
Cara² :-)
  1.  heat d milk with shredded cheese,slow fire,stir slowly..melted n add in butter, off d fire.( xperlu boil giler susu tu,janji ciz hancur)
  2.  beat d white with sugar until meringue.
  3.  beat yolk till fluffy add to d milk mixture. also add in flour sikit2, if berketul2 hancurkan or tapis. then add in meringue, mix well.

baking tin 7x3inch.lapik ye..
1st 20 min. bakar 170c then reduce 140c n continue another 40min.
bain marie technic or water bath sbb ciz lembut.

hafeezan ~ sedap nnt suh wife a.hafeezan wat ye.teknik bain marie lak loyang kek tu bwh dier ade 1 lg loyang yg diisi ngan air panas
